Know Before You Go

Welcome to One40 Rooftop. The guidelines below help us deliver a smooth, welcoming experience for every guest.

Dining Guidelines

  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for offensive language or behavior toward guests or staff. Anyone who violates this policy will be asked to leave.

  • Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your reservation. A 15-minute grace period is honored. Call us if you are running late so we can do our best to accommodate.

  • To respect waiting parties, seating durations may be managed at the discretion of our host team.

  • Outside food, beverages, or decor are not permitted without prior written approval.

  • Please inform your server of any allergies. Not all ingredients are listed on the menu and we cannot guarantee against cross-contact.

Dress Code

To complement the elegance of our dining room, we kindly ask our guests to adhere to a Smart Elegant dress code. Collared shirts, fashionable sneakers, dress shoes, and elevated attire are encouraged.

 

Prohibited attire includes, but is not limited to:

  • Athletic wear

  • Athletic wear and gym apparel

  • Beachwear 

  • Flip flops and slides

  • Sweatshirts

  • Sweatpants

  • Hoodies

  • Baseball hats

Policy note: One40 Management may update this policy at any time, make discretionary exceptions as appropriate, and refuse service to guests who are not appropriately dressed.

Photography and Media

  • Personal photos are welcome. Please be mindful of nearby tables and staff.

  • Professional photography, tripods, external lighting, and commercial shoots require prior approval.

Smoking and Vaping

  • Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the venue.

Payments

  • We accept major credit cards. One check per table is preferred.

Accessibility

  • One40 Rooftop is accessible. If you need any assistance, let our team know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
